Founded in 2019, New Design Windows entered the market with a clear goal: to bring modern efficiency to window and door manufacturing for the new build sector. From the outset, the leadership team wanted to avoid the pitfalls of spreadsheet-based operations and manual tracking that slow growth and reduce accuracy.

The Solution
Vivato began with a streamlined CRM designed to replace manual data entry and provide a single source of truth for customer information. From there, the system grew as their business expanded.
Over four years, we introduced a suite of connected tools, each built to drive efficiency and reduce friction:
- Multidimensional pricing matrix for accurate, real-time quotations
- Production board to track jobs through manufacturing stages
- Delivery and travel planning tools to optimise logistics
- Barcoding and scanning to automate document filing and traceability
- Remedial tracking for managing aftercare efficiently
To ensure seamless client access, we implemented Single Sign-On using Microsoft 365 accounts. The system is hosted in Azure, with a .NET backend and React.js frontend, and uses IronSoftware for barcode generation and scanning.
Our approach focused on adding value quickly. We released usable features early, refined through feedback, and built capability layer by layer to keep momentum and deliver results fast.
The Outcome
The results were significant. New Design Windows achieved more than 250% growth, scaling their operations nationally while maintaining control and consistency. Their bespoke platform has become central to daily operations, from order intake to delivery.
By eliminating manual bottlenecks, automating document management, and streamlining production, the business was able to grow without increasing administrative overhead.
