The Challenge
StraightIn is a specialist agency focused on delivering lead generation through LinkedIn. As their client list expanded, their teams needed a structured way to track client activity, monitor LinkedIn performance, review revenue and manage onboarding. Much of this work relied on manual processes, which made it harder to scale and slowed down reporting for both staff and directors.
To maintain momentum, StraightIn needed an internal management portal that centralised data, automated key steps and presented performance clearly. They wanted a system that could begin adding value quickly so their account executives could reclaim time and focus on client delivery, helping the agency see a fast return on investment.
The Solution
We built a secure management portal hosted in Microsoft Azure with a .Net backend and a React.js front end. The platform allowed staff and directors to access client information from any location and see up-to-date performance data in one place.
The portal automated onboarding steps, reduced duplication and made it easy to record and review key metrics. Power BI integration provided clear visual reporting so teams could understand performance instantly and keep clients informed without manual data gathering.
By prioritising core workflows first, we enabled StraightIn to start using the system early, with enhancements added once the initial features were already supporting daily operations.
The Outcome
The portal became a vital part of StraightIn's internal operations. Automation reduced the workload for account executives, freeing time to focus on strategic client management. Consistent reporting strengthened conversations with clients and provided directors with real-time oversight of performance and revenue.
The improved efficiency supported the agency's growth, helping it scale without increasing administrative overhead. With a central system in place and clear visibility across all accounts, StraightIn gained a platform that delivered early value and positioned them for long-term expansion.
